ProcDNA is seeking an Associate Engagement Lead - Technology to deliver data-driven insights and lead transformation initiatives for life sciences clients. You will drive software modernization and cloud migrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP, building scalable architectures and robust data platforms.

Formación

• 3–5 years in pharma technology consulting, with at least 2 years in the U.S.
• 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and client service delivery.
• Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Spark, PySpark, and Unix shell/Perl scripting; DevOps experience on AWS.
• AWS Solutions Architect - Professional certification (preferred), along with AWS Big Data and AI/ML certifications.
• Advanced degree (MBA or Masters in Engineering) with a strong academic record, plus expertise in metadata management tools (Data Governance, MDM, etc.)

• Translate business requirements into technical strategies, delivering actionable solutions that address real‑world challenges and maximize business value.
• Build and maintain strong client partnerships, ensuring high-quality service delivery while aligning solutions with strategic goals.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Engagement Lead - Technology with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and hands‑on experience working with complex datasets (e.g., LAAD, DDD, XPO). In this role, you will deliver data-driven insights to solve real‑world business problems, enhance performance, and manage risk. You will also lead transformation initiatives, including software modernization and cloud infrastructure migration projects.
