Job summary

ProcDNA is seeking a Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of data science experience with advanced analytics and ML in pharma, and can translate complex problems into clear analytical strategies.

You will own end-to-end delivery, mentor teams, and shape scalable offerings for engagements. You will drive end-to-end projects, lead client discussions, develop reusable modeling workflows, and ensure outputs are audit-ready and client-ready.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 5–7 years in data science with analytics and ML.
• Strong statistical foundation for modeling.
• Strong SQL experience and relational data handling.
• Proficient Python or R for analysis.
• Excellent client-facing communication.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data science projects from framing to modeling.
• Develop internal analytics offerings and reusable workflows.
• Set standards for rigor, documentation, and reproducibility.
• Lead client discussions and translate results into business wins.
