Job summary

ProcDNA is seeking an Associate Engagement Lead – Technology to deliver data-driven insights and lead transformation initiatives in the pharma sector. You will manage complex datasets, drive software modernization, and oversee cloud migrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

You will guide cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical strategies, and build strong client partnerships to maximize value and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in pharma technology consulting, with at least 2 years in the U.S.
• 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and client service delivery.
• Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Spark, PySpark, and Unix shell/Perl scripting; DevOps experience on AWS.
• AWS Solutions Architect – Professional certification (preferred), along with AWS Big Data and AI/ML certifications.
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Engineering) with expertise in metadata management tools (Data Governance, MDM, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud transformation initiatives by assessing client IT landscapes and executing software modernization and infrastructure migrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, managing cross-functional teams and overseeing all phases from planning to execution.
• Design and implement secure, compliant cloud solutions and align architectures with industry best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical strategies and deliver actionable solutions with high business value.
• Build and maintain strong client partnerships to ensure high-quality service delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Engagement Lead – Technology with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and hands‑on experience working with complex datasets (e.g., LAAD, DDD, XPO). In this role, you will deliver data‑driven insights to solve real‑world business problems, enhance performance, and manage risk. You will also lead transformation initiatives, including software modernization and cloud infrastructure migration projects.

Must Have

• 3–5 years in pharma technology consulting, with at least 2 years in the U.S.
• 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and client service delivery.
