Job summary

Shionogi Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and compliant movement of pharmaceutical products across global sites. You will coordinate across logistics, inventory, procurement, and manufacturing, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

The role requires 2+ years in supply chain, strong Excel skills, and ERP/SAP experience. Office presence at the Florham Park, NJ headquarters is required at least 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (pharma/biotech preferred).
• Experience with ERP or SAP or similar systems; proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups).
• Familiarity with inventory management systems; serialization knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and coordinating shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers to address operational issues and track contract status.
• Support serialization activities and ensure compliance across partners.
• Review and reconcile invoices from 3PL and assist procurement of materials.
• Monitor inventory at CMO locations and assist month-end reporting.
