Job summary

Red Oak Sourcing, a joint venture between CVS Health and Cardinal Health, seeks an analytical Manager of Supply Chain Planning & Analysis in a hybrid role in Foxboro, MA. You will lead daily operations, deliver data-driven service level insights, and mentor analysts to optimize generic pharmaceutical supply chains for continuity.

Responsibilities include coordinating stock flow, logistics, contracting, and presenting executive updates.

Qualifications

Analytical skills with Excel and SQL; data-driven decision making.
Able to learn quickly with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
Ability to coach and develop analysts through mentorship.
Experience analyzing large datasets and ensuring data accuracy.
Ability to prioritise multiple deliverables in fast-paced environments.
Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel/PowerPoint, is required.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily activities resolving generic pharmaceutical supply chain issues and act as primary escalation point for analysts.
Present data-driven service level insights weekly to cross-functional teams.
Field questions from CVS Health and Cardinal Health, prioritising work to ensure continuity.
Collaborate with internal Red Oak teams on stock flow, global logistics, and contracting for products and critical items.
Mentor and develop analyst team members.
Deliver milestones for seasonal supply management and present executive summaries and updates.
