Red Oak Sourcing seeks an analytical, collaborative Manager, Supply Chain Planning & Analysis (Pharmaceutical Operations) to oversee day-to-day generic pharmaceutical operations and analytics supporting CVS Health and Cardinal Health, ensuring timely supply chain communications and strong service levels.

The role requires problem solving, solution generation, team development, and trusted stakeholder liaison.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with Excel and/or SQL.
• Ability to coach and develop talent via mentorship.
• Experience interpreting large datasets and identifying trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities resolving generic pharmaceutical supply chain issues and act as escalation point for analysts.
• Present data-driven service level insights weekly to cross-functional teams.
• Field questions from CVS and Cardinal Health, prioritizing continuity of business support.
• Coordinate stock flow, logistics, contracting, and critical items to ensure best-in-class operations.
• Mentor and develop analyst team members.
• Deliver milestones for seasonal supply management with executive updates.
• Identify risks or opportunities and communicate findings to the Director of Operations.
