Job summary

Merck is seeking an entry-level full-time Demand & Planning Analyst to support integrated supply chain activities. You will collaborate with Marketing and Finance to review forecasts, monitor supply plans, manage inventory, and escalate risks to meet customer demand.

You will participate in S&OP processes and drive improvements across planning systems while supporting regional teams and ensuring on-time and in-full delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain / Logistics, Pharmacy, Engineering / Biotechnology, Materials Science, or related field by hire date.
• Strong MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing and Finance to review demand forecasts and trends.
• Monitor supply plans and inventory targets across planning parameters.
• Communicate demand/supply imbalances with Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Marketing and Finance.
• Maintain accuracy of demand and supply planning systems and participate in Market/Brand S&OP.
• Lead or participate in projects to improve business processes.
