Job summary

Aveva Drug Delivery Systems in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain to lead site end-to-end planning, scheduling, logistics and warehousing to ensure on-time, compliant and cost-effective product availability. You will drive the Master Production Schedule and collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, and Engineering to optimize inventory and flow while building a high-performing team.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in pharmaceutical supply chains, experience with ERP/MRP

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain within pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience managing multi-site operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, GMP, DEA, and environmental health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead site supply chain team to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective product availability through strategic planning, scheduling, materials management, and warehouse execution.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, staging, and shipping activities, ensuring alignment with production and customer fulfillment requirements.
• Develop and execute the Master Production Schedule in alignment with customer demand and service levels.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance against plan using KPIs; implement corrective actions as needed.
