This high-visibility role shapes customer experience, working-capital performance, and long-term growth. You will influence a cross-functional, global organization and drive end-to-end execution in a regulated pharma context.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in supply chain and integrated business planning within pharma or related industries.
• Proven ability to drive end-to-end supply chain transformation and cost improvements.
• Experience with regulatory, GDP expectations, and cold-chain or temperature-sensitive distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead global end-to-end Pharma Solutions supply chain across sites and partners.
• Design and implement a globally aligned S&OP / IBP process.
• Own OTIF performance, supply reliability, and customer service improvements.
• Drive working-capital improvements and define inventory ownership globally.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a complex matrix.
