Bausch Health Companies Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain professional for its Bridgewater, NJ operations.

The role acts as the single-point operational owner for external manufacturing relationships and ensures delivery of product supply against demand, schedules, and business priorities. Responsibilities include governance, cross-functional collaboration, risk mitigation, and support for lifecycle management at external sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 6 years in supply chain management with ERP, S&OP, and external manufacturers.
• APICS/ISM certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in SAP and Power BI; strong MS Office suite skills.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, matrix environment; independent and team-oriented.
• Hybrid role based in Bridgewater, NJ with onsite Tue-Thu.

Responsibilities

• Owns operational governance for external manufacturing relationships.
• Ensures delivery of product supply against demand and schedules.
• Leads governance activities and issue resolution.
• Resolves manufacturing issues with cross-functional teams.
• Supports launch readiness and lifecycle management at external sites.
• Assesses and mitigates supply chain risk with external partners.
• Works with Procurement on contract negotiation and cost management.
• Identifies efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Lead or support capacity planning and business continuity for CMOs.
• Report supply status to Latin America teams as needed.
