Job summary

Bausch Health Companies Inc. is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead governance, control, and improvements for US/Canada distribution. You will oversee inventory accuracy, 3PL relationships, and SOX controls, partnering with IT, Finance, and auditors to drive large-scale system and process changes.

The role requires SAP S/4HANA expertise, cross-functional leadership, and strong analytical skills to enhance compliance, efficiency, and service levels across the distribution network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field.
• 6+ years in inventory management, supply chain, logistics, or distribution.
• Experience with 3PLs and leading ERP/WMS implementations and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory governance and reconciliation across US/Canada distribution.
• Perform daily batch-level SAP vs 3PL ERP reconciliations.
• Lead SOX controls and audit readiness for inventory processes.
• Oversee cycle counts, ABC reviews, and corrective actions.
• Drive system projects: WMS, SAP S/4HANA integrations, testing.
