Job summary

Denrose Search Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain in New Jersey to lead planning with third-party manufacturers, translating forecasts into executable supply plans and ensuring product availability.

The role collaborates with Commercial, Finance, Quality, and Regulatory teams to drive forecasting accuracy, continuous improvement, and successful product launches while coordinating logistics and procurement activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with third-party manufacturers and supply partners to translate sales forecasts, product requirements, and supplier lead times into executable supply plans.
• Assess site capacities, capabilities, constraints, and supply risks; coordinate resolution of bottlenecks and disruptions.
• Lead weekly meetings with cross-functional and global teams to align priorities and track supply-plan execution.
• Partner with Commercial and Supply Chain to maintain accurate demand forecasts and strengthen planning performance.
• Support Supply Chain and Finance for monthly inventory valuation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement across planning processes, systems, tools, and metrics; drive change management.
• Lead planning for new product launches to ensure timely availability and market introduction.
• Support procurement by aligning materials, inventory, supplier lead times, and demand forecasts.
• Use SAP S/4HANA to create purchase orders, review inventory, BOMs, and batch transactions.
• Utilize IBP to analyze supply and demand for informed business decisions.
• Establish planning parameters to ensure timely supply of goods.
• Coordinate with Logistics for timely movement from CMOs/CMOs to 3PLs.
• Collaborate with Quality to prioritize timely release of batches and ensure documentation.

Our client a growing pharmaceutical company is looking for a SR Manager Supply Chain

Candidate must come from Pharmaceutical Supply Chain and live in NJ to be contacted

Lead collaboration with third-party manufacturers and supply partners to translate sales forecasts, product requirements, and supplier lead times into executable supply plans.

Assess manufacturing and packaging site capacities, capabilities, constraints, and supply risks; coordinate the timely resolution of bottle necks and other supply disruptions.

Lead and actively participate in weekly meetings with cross-functional and global teams to align priorities, address risks, and track supply-plan execution.

Partner closely with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to maintain accurate demand forecasts and strengthen demand-planning performance.

Serve as support between Supply Chain and Finance for monthly inventory valuation, reconciliation, and reporting.

Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across planning processes, systems, tools, and performance metrics, while leading change management initiatives to drive stakeholder alignment, adoption, and sustainable results.

Lead Supply Chain planning and cross functional coordination for new product launches, ensuring timely product availability and successful market introduction.

Support procurement activities by aligning materials requirements, inventory levels, supplier lead times, and demand forecasts to ensure continuity of supply.

Use SAP S/4HANA to create purchase orders, review inventory, create and maintain bills of material, receive finished goods, and execute batch level transactions.

Utilize IBP to analyze supply and demand to support informed business needs and objectives.

Establish and execute planning parameters to ensure timely supply of goods.

Partner with Logistics to coordinate timely movement of products from CMO/CPO’s to 3PL’s.

Collaborate with Quality to prioritize and facilitate timely release of batches, ensuring all required documentation is complete and available.

Work cross functionally to improve end to end supply chain performance.

Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs to ensure artwork files and associated documentation remain accurate and current. HR DEPARTMENT
