Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Clayton, North Carolina, seeks a strategic Supply Chain & Process Improvement leader to optimize the NNPILP Supply Chain. You will drive data analysis, problem solving, and execution of changes across Planning, Warehousing, Procurement and Shipping, while serving as technical expert for site projects.

The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and focuses on defining activities, timelines, risk mitigation, and governance to ensure on-time delivery and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain is required.
• Minimum of 10 years manufacturing, supply chain or logistics experience, preferably in pharmaceutical environment.
• Proven Lean/Six Sigma experience with sustainable process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and lead changes in Planning, Warehousing, Procurement & Shipping.
• Execute transformation program strategies with Supply Chain management.
• Define activities and deadlines, manage interfaces with other programs.
• Ensure governance, sharing, monitoring and control of programs.
