The position reports to the Senior Manager – Supply Chain Management and involves evolving responsibilities from operational focus to KPI development and analytics over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant advanced degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical reasoning with high accuracy in calculations.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile warehouse, transportation, and freight invoices.
• 3PL Inventory Coordination
• 3PL & Warehouse Relationship Management
• SAP & Procurement Support
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
• Analyze order fulfilment performance, shipment metrics, and backorder trends.
• Monitor inventory, product expiry, and cold-chain compliance.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including required documentation.
• Partner with Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure compliance and service excellence.
