Job summary

ARS Pharmaceuticals is a fast-growing company dedicated to transforming treatment of severe allergic reactions with neffy, the first and only FDA-approved needle-free epinephrine product. The Specialty Sales Representative will drive brand awareness and product adoption across an assigned geography, engaging prescribers, pharmacists, hospital staff, and office personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2+ years in field-based sales or healthcare settings.
• Experience supporting launches or growth initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory plans and drive product adoption with healthcare professionals.
• Deliver compliant product education in person and virtually.
• Build relationships with prescribers and key stakeholders across accounts.
• Navigate payer dynamics and support patient access.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure compliant activities.
