Job summary

KVK Tech, Inc. seeks a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team in Newtown, PA.

The role supports daily warehouse operations including receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory transactions within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of related experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or inventory control required.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse systems (WMS or similar) preferred.
• Familiarity with cGMP and GDP in a regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Record receipts, shipments, and inventory movements in the WMS.
• Store products by designated locations and status.
• Pick, pack, weigh, and label outgoing orders per procedures.
• Prepare shipping documentation for processing and carrier pickups.
• Handle loading/unloading and transfer of materials safely.
• Document returned products for designated storage pending disposition.
• Perform finished-product reconciliations and inventory counts to identify discrepancies.
