Job summary

Quva is seeking a Warehouse Technician I – Shipping Center in Phoenix to support inventory management, packing and shipping of compounded pharmaceutical products. You will work with carriers, prepare shipments and maintain accurate records in ERP systems.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance with regulatory standards, and teamwork within a safety-conscious environment. The position offers a full-time schedule (Mon-Thu, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM) on-site at our Phoenix facility, with overtime potential

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for shifts.
• 2–4 years in distribution, warehousing, shipping, or related fields.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Verify bill of lading and packing slips for accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle defective, damaged and/or expired inventory per policy.
• Unload and load materials safely and efficiently.
• Complete paperwork and ERP transactions with proper documentation per CGMP.
• Support distribution of customer orders from pick list to carrier pick-up.
• Pick and package compounded products for direct shipment to customers.
