Job summary

QuVa Pharma, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Warehouse Technician I – Shipping Center to support inventory replenishments and shipping processes for compounded pharmaceutical products. After training, you will handle receiving, packing, labeling, and maintaining shipping records in a CGMP-compliant environment.

The role operates Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM, on-site at our Phoenix location. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with carrier systems and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Able and willing to walk, stoop, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• 18+ years of age
• Requires an active driver's license
• Able to pass drug, background, and motor vehicle checks
• Familiar with mobile devices and basic data entry in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Verifies bill of lading and packing slips including quantity, vendor lot number, and expiration date; transacts and reconciles activity following procedures
• Handles defective, damaged and/or expired inventory per policy
• Unloads trucks and loads recycling material safely and efficiently
• Completes paperwork and ERP transactions with CGMP-compliant documentation
• Support direct distribution of customer orders from pick list to carrier pickup
• Pick and package compounded pharmaceutical products for direct shipment to customers with accuracy and compliance
• Manage inventory of released products and packaging materials to ensure adequate stock
• Use carrier shipping software to create labels, track packages, and schedule pickups
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy, completeness, and proper packaging
