Job summary

Quva is hiring a Warehouse Technician I – Picking for a full-time, on-site role at our Sugar Land, TX location. The position supports batch manufacturing by accurate picking, material transacting in ERP, stock rotation, and inventory integrity.

You will ensure safety, quality, and compliance while handling materials and logistics daily. The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and prior distribution or warehousing experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Drug and background check clearance required.
• Able to walk, stand, lift up to 50 lbs.
• 18+ years of age.
• Familiar with using mobile devices.
• 1–2 years in Distribution/Warehousing/Logistics/Inventory control.
• Batch Picking competency assessment.
• Material Handling Equipment training completed.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Picks starting materials and supplies per ERP picklist.
• Transacts picked material in ERP and verifies against picklist.
• Restocks shelves and rotates stock per FIFO.
• Receives and stores material to support warehouse flow.
• Unloads trucks and handles packing materials.
• Verifies bill of lading and packing.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and conducts routine checks.
