Job summary

Quva is hiring a Warehouse Technician I – Picking to support batch manufacturing with precise picking and ERP transactions. This full-time, first-shift role (6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday) is on-site at our Bloomsbury, NJ location and includes a safety-sensitive environment with potential random drug testing.

You will handle material receipt, inventory transactions, and stock rotation while ensuring accurate picks and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Able to pass drug and background check.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout shift.
18+ years of age.
Familiar with mobile devices (smartphones/tablets).
1–2 years in distribution, warehousing, shipping, receiving, logistics, or related.
Batch Picking competency assessment.
Material Handling Equipment training completed.
Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Pick starting materials and supplies per ERP picklist to support batch manufacturing.
Transact picked material using ERP system; verify against picklist.
Pull from inventory and restock shelves; rotate stock per First-Expired-First-out.
Handle damaged/expired inventory per policy.
Unload trucks and move recycle materials; receive and store materials.
Verify bill of lading and packing; maintain warehouse flow.
