Job summary

Quva in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Warehouse Technician I – Shipping Center to ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment for pharmaceutical products. You will handle receiving, packing, labeling, and shipping, using carrier systems and ERP transactions, and assist with QA and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, pass drug/background checks, and 2–4 years in distribution or warehousing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to successfully complete a drug and background check.
• Able and willing to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout each shift.
• 18+ years of age.
• Familiar with using mobile devices (smartphones, tablets).
• 2-4 years in Distribution, Warehousing, Shipping, Receiving, Logistics, or related.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Verify bill of lading and packing slips for accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle defective, damaged, and expired inventory per policy.
• Unload trucks and load recycling materials safely and efficiently.
• Complete paperwork and ERP transactions with good documentation practices.
• Support direct distribution from pick list to carrier pickup.
• Pick and package compounded products for direct shipment, ensuring accuracy.
• Manage inventory of released products and packaging materials.
• Use shipping software to create labels, track packages, and schedule pickups.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and proper packaging.
