Job summary

Quva is seeking a Warehouse Technician I – Shipping Center in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports inventory replenishments, packaging, and shipping of compounded pharmaceutical products using manual and automated systems.

You will work with customer service to resolve shipping issues and help drive process improvements on-site. The position is full-time, with a stable Monday–Thursday schedule and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass drug and background check.
• Able and willing to walk, stoop, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout each shift.
• 18+ years of age.
• Familiarity with and comfortable using mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, handhelds.
• 2-4 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, shipping, receiving, logistics, material handling, customer service, inventory control, or related service line.
• Basic computer and data entry skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Completion of picking, packing, and closing competency assessments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Verifies bill of lading and packing slips including quantity, vendor lot number, and expiration date; transacts and reconciles activity for timeliness and accuracy.
• Handles defective, damaged and/or expired inventory per policy.
• Unloads trucks and loads recycling material safely and promptly.
• Completes paperwork and ERP transactions with good documentation practices (CGMP compliant).
• Supports distribution of customer orders from pick list to carrier pickup.
• Picks and packages compounded pharmaceutical products for direct shipment to customers.
• Manages inventory of released products and packaging materials to ensure stock levels.
• Uses carrier shipping software to create shipping labels, track packages, and schedule pickups.
• Inspects outgoing shipments for accuracy and proper packaging.
