Job summary

QuVa Pharma seeks a Warehouse Technician I – Shipping Center at our Phoenix site. This full-time, on-site role supports inventory, packing and shipping operations. You will verify documents, manage ERP transactions, and coordinate with customer service to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to handle a fast-paced environment, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime potential and safety checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to successfully complete a drug and background check.
• Able to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• 2-4 years in distribution, warehousing, shipping, receiving or related fields.
• Proficient with basic computer and data entry (MS Office).
• Security/background checks are required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Verify bill of lading and packing slips for accuracy and timing.
• Handle defective, damaged, and expired inventory per policy.
• Unload and load materials safely and efficiently.
• Complete paperwork and ERP transactions with accurate documentation.
• Support direct distribution from pick lists to carrier pickup.
• Pick, pack, and shipment of compounded pharmaceutical products.
• Manage inventory of released products and packaging materials.
• Use shipping software to create labels and schedule pickups.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and packaging quality.
