Qualifications

• Over 6–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master with proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in Pharma GxP software development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Work with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is ready.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and practices.
