• Strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Familiarity with GxP, CSV, and FDA regulatory considerations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple pharmaceutical projects with budgets from $500K to $2M+ from initiation to delivery.
• Create and distribute regular Status Reports to clients, executives, and internal leadership.
• Lead client communications and project delivery discussions, ensuring alignment and next steps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones to meet milestones.
• Support RFP responses and Statements of Work as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and audit-ready reporting.
