Job summary

A leading healthcare technology company is seeking an experienced Scrum Master in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience along with 8+ years in total IT roles. Strong expertise in Agile practices, along with experience in regulated environments such as FDA and GMP, is highly preferred. This role involves facilitating collaboration across teams, removing impediments, and coaching on Agile transformation initiatives. Candidates with skills in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps will be favored.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years strictly as a Scrum Master.
• 8+ years of total IT/Professional experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing / Life Sciences / Healthcare / Medical Devices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaboration between Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams.
• Remove team impediments and ensure sprint goals are met.
• Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track and report sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards in regulated environments (FDA, GMP, etc.).
• Support cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and IT.
• Coach teams on Agile maturity and transformation initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder communication and risk mitigation.
