Job summary

Innovativ Pharma seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to cover Primary Care & Specialty in the Auburn, AL area. This role may be entry level or experienced and focuses on building professional relationships with physicians to drive product promotion and sales within the territory.

You will coordinate promotions, develop account plans and maintain knowledge of products, markets and compliance policies. A valid driver’s license and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales abilities with interpersonal skills and account management experience.
• Field based role requiring a valid driver’s license.
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
• Ability to differentiate yourself in the marketplace.
• Excellent organizational/communication skills, self-starter and ambitious.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and promotion of pharmaceutical/healthcare products within your local territory.
• Drive pull-through on existing patients and build awareness of product portfolio with each physician.
• Build strategic relationships at practices, hospitals, and clinics for long-term collaboration.
• Develop strategies, marketing initiatives and sales programs for scope.
• Plan and organize sales calls in the territory for efficient time use.
• Maintain knowledge of product, market trends, regulations, competitors and customers.
• Complete industry sales training and CME education to stay updated.
• Review contracted product performance and adjust actions accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to support pull-through strategies.
• Adhere strictly to regulatory and company policies.
