Job summary

Innovativ Pharma is seeking a results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote and sell our products within a defined geography. You will develop, analyze, and execute territory plans to achieve business results through compliant means while leveraging knowledge of pharmacology and healthcare markets to meet customer needs.

The role requires sales experience in quota-driven settings and a strong sense of urgency for exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a quota-driven role.
• Education or knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
• Demonstrated sustained high performance in current role and aptitude to learn.
• High sense of urgency with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market opportunities.
• Knowledge of the territory market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve business results in a compliant manner.
• Use knowledge of pharmacology, healthcare markets, managed care, and customer needs to meet sales goals.
• Manage sales territory and develop customer relationships with physicians and providers.
• Attend company sales meetings and regional calls as required.
• Demonstrate integrity and comply with company standards and policies.
