Innovativ Pharma, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote and sell our healthcare products across a defined California territory, including Del Mar.

You will develop territory plans, build relationships with physicians and providers, and meet sales goals through compliant, ethical practices. The ideal candidate has sales experience in quota-driven roles, solid knowledge of pharma and healthcare products, and a proven track record of high performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a quota-driven sales role.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare market.
• Demonstrated high performance and ability to learn.
• Strong customer service orientation and urgency.
• Solid business acumen and market opportunity understanding.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve business results.
• Leverage knowledge of pharmacology, healthcare, and pharmaceutical marketplaces to meet customer needs.
• Understand and execute sales territory management and customer development.
• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Participate in scheduled sales meetings, district and regional calls, and other business meetings.
• Demonstrate integrity and model company standards for business and compliance.
• Other related duties as required.
