Responsibilities

• Complete company orientation activities and product training.
• Engage in hands-on field experience in a designated geographic location with supervision.
• Collaborate with Sales leaders to review field experience and receive coaching.
• Develop a pre-call plan and role-play to demonstrate AbbVie’s value proposition to providers.
• Deliver a final intern presentation outlining drivers of sales performance and KPIs.
