Job summary

Lilly offers a 10-week Sales Internship designed to give students hands-on experience in selling Pharmaceuticals. Interns are assigned a territory and call on physicians, with mentorship and corporate culture immersion. A company car and iPad are provided, and interns may be considered for full-time roles based on performance.

Participants complete sales training remotely before visiting Indianapolis HQ for additional training. Authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Students: 3 years of undergraduate studies towards a Bachelor's degree or pursuing a Masters with an expected graduation date May 2027–Aug 2028.
• Pharmacy Students: enrolled in a pharmacy program in 2nd, 3rd or 4th year with expected graduation May 2027–Aug 2029.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians within an assigned territory.
• Sell one Lilly product and integrate into District teams.
• Mentor-assisted territory management and selling skills development.
• Participate in the Lilly corporate culture during training and activities.
