Job summary

Blink Health in the United States is seeking a dynamic Trainer, Growth Programs to empower provider-facing teams from day one through ongoing upskilling and certification. You’ll own onboarding, certification, and ongoing learning initiatives that drive script growth and patient access.

You’ll design role-specific learning paths, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and measure impact through KPIs tied to revenue and provider engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma or healthcare sales training.
• Design onboarding and ongoing sales training programs.
• Experience building a sales certification program.
• Strong provider sales dynamics understanding.
• Coaching to outcomes with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding curricula for PAMs and FSSs covering value props and compliance.
• Develop learning paths with instructional designers for ramp time.
• Create and maintain training resources: playbooks, guides, updates.
• Provide 1:1 and group coaching to drive sales outcomes.
• Establish KPIs and iterate programs based on field feedback.
