Job summary

Siegfried USA is seeking a Reliability Engineer at the Pennsville site to improve equipment uptime and drive reliability-centered maintenance initiatives. You will work with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations and vendors to reduce downtime. Requires a BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, 3–5 years in manufacturing reliability, and CMMS experience (Blue Mountain, MaintStar, SAP PM).

Knowledge of RCA, FMEA and RCM is essential. Salary range: $83,000–$110,000.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or related field in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements reliability strategies to improve equipment uptime and performance.
• Analyzes equipment failures using root cause analysis (RCA) and implements corrective and preventive actions.
• Leads and supports reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) activities.
• Reviews and optimizes preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) programs.
• Monitors equipment performance using KPIs such as MTBF and MTTR.
• Collaborates with Maintenance and Operations to prioritize and resolve chronic equipment issues.
• Supports capital projects by providing reliability input on equipment design, selection, and installation.
