Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub in Miami Gardens, FL operates a raw material inventory function to support a 24/7 compounding pharmacy. The role focuses on counts, data entry, and replenishment tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Location includes Miami Gardens (4 days/week) and Davie, FL (1 day/week) with a 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM shift. Strong attention to detail and Excel skills are required; English is mandatory with Spanish as a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year in inventory, warehouse, or related role.
• Experience with inventory systems and Excel.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus; English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts, spot checks, and audits.
• Record count results in the inventory system.
• Identify discrepancies between counts and records.
• Supply raw materials to production as needed.
• Enter and update inventory transactions and maintain item records.
