Hallandale Pharmacy is hiring a Warehouse Clerk to support receiving, storage, and inventory control in a compliant, safety-focused environment. The role emphasizes accurate stock handling and cooperation with the warehouse team to meet daily goals.

The successful candidate will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, maintain organization, and ensure data accuracy in the WMS system, with bilingual English/Spanish communication as a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
• Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with WMS systems.

Responsabilités

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Collaborate with warehouse lead and manager to meet daily operational goals.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Perform regular counts of inventory locations and compare counts to records.
• Track missing items, audit stow records, and resolve stock errors.
• Update Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and generate accuracy reports for management.
