Job summary

Adelphi Group, a market research partner focused on the pharmaceutical space, seeks an experienced qualitative MR leader. You will design and oversee studies that inform drug development and commercialization, while mentoring teams and expanding client relationships.

You will consult strategically, deliver rigorous reports, and explore new research methods to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions for top pharma clients.

Qualifications

• Eight to twelve years of hands-on experience in qualitative market research within pharma/biotech.
• Deep understanding of pharma/biotech market research needs across product lifecycles.
• High-level ability to elevate qualitative results into strategic, business-driven insights.
• Excellent presentation skills and client-ready communication.
• Experience mentoring both senior and junior team members.
• Proven ability to develop and nurture client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Expertise moderating telephone and in-person interviews and focus groups.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute qualitative studies across drug lifecycles for pharma/biotech.
• Consult strategically with clients and deliver insightful reports and presentations.
• Mentor junior staff and share industry knowledge in pharma contexts.
• Lead development of new research methods and techniques to gain insights.
• Build and expand business relationships with current and prospective clients.
