The role is 100% remote with a pay range of $70-75/hr, starting ASAP. Duration is most likely 1-2 months, with potential to extend or convert for the right fit, and a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifikationen

• Six to ten plus years in Quality Assurance with leadership in a digital/tech agency.
• Strong QA practices across websites, CMS, emails, analytics, and ads.
• Experience validating analytics tracking and data accuracy.

• Define and maintain QA standards, processes, and workflows.
• Partner with Engineering, Digital Strategy, and Delivery teams to validate requirements.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics and test readiness.

• Manage QA resourcing and prioritization across programs.
• Lead hiring, onboarding and development of QA staff.
• Drive resolution of defects with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as primary quality contact across departments.
