Job summary

TAI is seeking a qualified Back Project Technical Manager in Owings Mills, MD, full-time to lead and deliver complex capital projects within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will shape design, commissioning, and operational readiness, coordinating engineering, operations, automation, facilities, utilities, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical are preferred.
• 10+ years of experience, 3+ within Pharma/Biotech/Life Science.
• Professional Engineer license is desired.

Responsibilities

• Contribute technical leadership to FEED design/engineering and planning efforts.
• Secure SME resources for all project stages.
• Support design governance and value engineering opportunities.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and SHE to ensure compliance.
• Develop and update the Project Management Plan and master schedule.
