FITS is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee capital projects in the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on Oral Solid Dosage manufacturing and packaging lines in Puerto Rico and the US. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and regulatory alignment across teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in pharma capital projects, GMP delivery experience, and is fluent in Spanish and English. Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering with leadership ability.
• 8+ years managing capital pharma projects.
• GMP experience and regulatory awareness.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication.
• Experience with OSd manufacturing and packaging lines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all capital projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and GMP delivery objectives.
• Coordinate with design firms, vendors and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules and risks.
• Support tech transfer and process improvements.
