ZETA USA Inc. in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking a Project Manager to lead pharmaceutical and biotech capital projects from planning through start-up, ensuring GMP compliance and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets up to multi-million dollars, and serve as the primary client interface, communicating progress and risks.

The role requires 5+ years in life sciences project management, a relevant degree, up to 25% travel, and familiarity with GMP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, financial forecasts, and client communications.
• Understanding of GMP-regulated environments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Ability to travel as required by project needs, typically up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, forecasting, and execution of capital projects.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams of process, mechanical, automation, and E&IC engineers.
• Serve as primary client-facing project lead and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Manage project finances, forecasting, cost tracking, and change orders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Facilitate project status meetings and client communications.
• Manage procurement and equipment delivery coordination.
• Support commissioning, qualification, and start-up activities.
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project scope changes, contract deliverables, and project documentation.
• Ensure project work complies with safety, quality, and GMP standards.
