Job summary

Inteldot is seeking a Project Coordinator in Gurabo, Puerto Rico, to provide administrative and coordination support to capital project teams within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include document management, tracking project actions, and coordinating project logistics.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant technical degree and at least one year of project coordination experience. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required. This is a full-time onsite role, ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of project coordination experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience supporting capital projects in pharmaceutical or biotechnology.
• Familiarity with project documentation and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to project management.
• Prepare meeting minutes, track actions, and maintain logs.
• Support document control activities and site logistics coordination.
• Assist in preparation of procurement packages and RFIs.
• Facilitate communication between contractors and internal teams.
