Job summary

Inteldot is seeking a Project Engineer to support the planning and execution of capital projects within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Gurabo, Puerto Rico. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards, playing a critical part in both synthetic and biotherapeutic operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing or supporting capital projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in manufacturing and packaging processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with GMP environments and regulated project execution.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of capital projects through technical engineering input.
• Assist with technical design development and design reviews.
• Ensure engineering deliverables comply with GMP and safety standards.
