Job summary

Inteldot is looking for a Director of Project Management Services based in Puerto Rico. This full-time onsite role involves overseeing portfolio coordination and project delivery within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The Director will ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards, leading resource management and client engagement.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and is bilingual in Spanish and English. Strong project governance and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing capital projects in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong experience in project portfolio management and client-facing roles.
• Proven experience delivering GMP-regulated projects in manufacturing and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client engagement.
• Provide PMO-level governance across assigned capital projects.
• Lead resource planning and monitor project delivery performance.
