Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities, milestones, dependencies, and follow-up actions across programs.
• Manage project administration, including documents, presentations, and action logs.
• Coordinate leadership reviews, agency engagements, and cross-functional sessions across geographies.
• Support content development and stakeholder communications.
• Track decisions, actions, dependencies, and requests with clear accountability.
• Consolidate discussions into communications, updates, and summaries.
• Ensure key information and next steps are documented and shared with stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and cross-functional dependencies to prevent blind spots.
• Utilize Microsoft 365, Microsoft Loop, AI, and automation to improve transparency.
