Qualifikationen

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with MES and ERP software.

• Manage production floor operations to ensure efficient workflow and output.
