West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking an onsite Production Associate in Williamsport, PA, operating on a 2-2-3 shift schedule. The role pays $19.50 per hour with a $1 night differential and requires a high school diploma or GED.
You will perform production, inspection, labeling and documentation to meet ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, while advancing in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Training is provided on the day shift initially.
This is a fully onsite position. No relocation is provided for this opportunity. This position operates on a 2-2-3 shift schedule, with both Day Shift: 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM and Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM available. The starting pay rate is $19.50 per hour, plus a $1 shift differential for night shift roles.

In this role, you will be responsible for the production of components that meet or exceed predetermined specifications. You will also be responsible for inspection, packaging, labeling, and completion of the documentation necessary to provide quality, production, and traceability records in accordance with Quality Systems ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. Medium-Exerting up to 50lb/22kg of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10lbs/4kgs of force constantly to move objects.
2-2-3 schedule (2-week rotation/rolling roster)
