Job summary

Sun Pharmaceuticals seeks an entry-level Production Operator for night shift in New Jersey. You will operate packaging lines and processing equipment, perform changeovers and ensure quality and documentation compliance in a cGMP environment.

Eligible candidates possess a high school diploma (forklift preferred), basic troubleshooting skills, and good math/PC abilities. This role requires safety awareness, teamwork, and reliable shift attendance.

Qualifications

• High School/Trade School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift or related equipment certification preferred.
• Basic troubleshooting skills are required.
• Basic knowledge of cGMP and other pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
• Basic knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety procedures.
• Good math and computer skills including MS Office and some experience with SAP preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• English proficiency at Basic – A2 (CEFR) level.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment for one production process: Glatt fluid bed processor, granulation, blending, compression, coating, imprinting, banding and encapsulation.
• Perform machine changeovers, cleaning, and setup as required.
• Troubleshoot and adjust processes to maintain production specifications.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards during manufacturing.
• Complete manufacturing documents with accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and cGMPs at all times.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE per OSHA regulations.
