Job summary

Additionally, staff assist in Manufacturer Programs, ensure accurate billing and shipping, and maintain compliance. The role includes documenting data in TherigySTM and training new hires to sustain performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage hub services relationships and serve as primary contact for pharma partners and patients.
• Enter medication orders accurately and ensure correct billing/shipping methods.
• Provide customer service for patients and providers in a call center environment.
• Follow established protocols and service models to meet client expectations.
• Call patients under fee-for-service arrangements and perform necessary interventions.
• Assist in creating and implementing new Manufacturer Programs.
• Collaborate with Audit and Compliance to maintain operational excellence.
• Document patient information into TherigySTM system.
• Resolve customer service and payment issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in orienting and training new employees and maintain production levels.
