Job summary

Option Care Health seeks a Specialist in Pharma Support Services to serve as the designated liaison for assigned programs, ensuring timely referral management and KPI performance. You will collaborate with Clinical Product Support and partner teams to deliver contracted services while maintaining strong relationships with pharma, HUB, and operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year experience in health insurance, specialty pharmacy, patient registration or similar role with external facing responsibilities.
• Knowledge of insurances (Benefit Verifications/Prior Authorization) is a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong customer service.
• Able to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals with assigned program representatives and internal partners to support contract obligations and patient satisfaction.
• Communicate regularly with program representatives to provide referral updates and drive implementation.
• Interact daily with patients, providers and assistance programs to support coordination and execution.
• Collect data and report according to program requirements and contracts.
• Participate in business reviews and meetings as directed by clients.
• Assist in developing SOPs, workflows, and project plans for programs.
