Qualifications

• Experience supporting regulatory filings or contract management in a pharma or regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general legal support across litigation, IP, corporate, regulatory and compliance matters.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial agreements and related documents.
• Manage document workflows, file maintenance, and coordination with outside counsel and internal departments.
